CRM Administrator Role:
As the CRM Administrator, you will serve as the internal subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related Microsoft platforms. This is not simply a back-end administrative role the CRM Administrator will work closely with sales and operational teams to drive adoption, improve workflows, and support business performance through technology.
The ideal CRM Administrator will combine strong technical configuration skills with excellent communication and stakeholder support abilities.
Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across multiple business functions
Configure entities, forms, fields, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and views
Manage CRM users, permissions, security roles, environments, and system settings
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for CRM users across departments
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility and performance tracking
Support CRM integrations with ERP systems including IntelliDealer and Dynamics Customer Insights
Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors on CRM initiatives
Drive CRM adoption, user engagement, and process consistency throughout the organization
Monitor data quality, system integrity, duplication management, and reporting accuracy
Document CRM configurations, enhancements, processes, and platform updates
Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform best practices
Support continuous improvement initiatives and long-term CRM platform development
CRM Administrator Background Profile:
36 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration experience required
Strong preference for candidates with CRM implementation or platform rollout experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Excel, and CRM data management
Experience supporting CRM integrations with ERP or marketing platforms preferred
