Job description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to own the day-to-day operation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role ensures the system is usable, trusted, secured, and aligned to evolving business needs with high visibility across sales, support teams, and executive management. The ideal candidate thrives in a mid-size environment where they can be the go-to expert and make a tangible impact. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.
Essential Functions:
  • Administer & configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using supported, out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Configure forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and standard process automation
  • Manage users, security roles, access controls, assignment and account hierarchies, and platform governance - especially data hygiene, making it efficient for sales teams to 'keep clean'
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics CRM configurations
  • Manage user provisioning, security roles, and field-level security within CRM
  • Lead user onboarding, training, and day-to-day support to drive adoption across the organization
  • Administer and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Principally the sales module) to customize functionality (look & feel) to enable and facilitate the sales processes
  • Coordinate systems updates, release waves and changes (dev/test/prod) with our IT team, and document all changes in collaboration- track KPI's and continuously improve
  • Support CRM compliance and audit requests including access reviews
  • Work collaboratively with a 'technical developer' role to escalate highly technical issues and extending the CRM and Power Platform environment through custom development

Success in this role will require:
  • Strong communication skills - able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to train and support end users with an effective problem-solving approach
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and operate resourcefully
  • Experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics instances, including interfacing effectively with IT professionals, developers, and integrators
  • Customer-oriented focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of IATF16949 Quality Systems and ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration experience or equivalent
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM data migrations or ERP integrations preferred.
  • Familiarity with Copilot for Dynamics 365 preferred.
  • Experience and demonstrated expertise with Power BI and other apps in Power Platform preferred
