Part-Time Office Administrator (Construction)

Schedule: 8am to 1pm, Mon-Fri. ( Fully onsite) 

We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to support daily operations, project coordination, and ownership in a residential and commercial construction environment. This is a part-time, onsite role ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily office operations, filing systems, and internal documentation
    • Provide administrative support to owners (calendars, scheduling, communications)
    • Assist with project coordination, contracts, permits, and documentation
    • Support invoicing, billing, and basic accounting (AP/AR, job cost tracking)
    • Maintain subcontractor compliance, insurance certificates (COIs), and records
    • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
    • Schedule meetings, site visits, and track project deadlines

Qualifications

    • 2+ years of administrative experience (construction preferred)
    • Experience supporting projects, documentation, or operations
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Workspace preferred
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
