Job description

The Production Intern will support day-to-day production operations across
planning, execution, and post-production. This role is ideal for a student interested
in media production, content creation, events, or creative operations who wants
hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with pre-production tasks including research, scheduling, call sheets,
  • and asset organization
  • Help manage production calendars, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist with content capture (video, audio, photography) as needed
  • Support post-production workflows such as file management, logging, and
  • basic edits
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, tech,
  • operations)
  • Track equipment inventory and assist with check-in/check-out
  • Perform general administrative and production support tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and eligible to
  • receive school credit
  • Interest in production, media, film, events, or creative operations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Comfortable multitasking and working in a dynamic environment
  • Basic familiarity with production tools or software (e.g., Google Workspace,
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, Premiere Pro) is a plus
