We’re looking for a driven and growth-minded Junior Recruiter to join our team in Richmond, VA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn the world of creative and marketing staffing — no prior recruiting experience required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Learn the full recruiting process—from sourcing and interviewing to client communication and offer management
  • Build and nurture relationships with talented creative professionals across design, marketing, and operations
  • Support the recruiting team by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Communicate with candidates and clients in a professional, caring, and timely manner
  • Maintain candidate records and notes in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Research companies, job trends, and industry insights in the creative and marketing space
  • Contribute ideas to improve our recruiting processes and candidate experience
  • Represent Elysian Staffing with enthusiasm, professionalism, and authenticitY
