We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Creative Recruiter with 3โ€“5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience to identify, attract, and hire top talent across marketing, creative, digital, branding, communications, and design functions. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, understands the unique skill sets within creative and marketing disciplines, and excels at building strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and candidate profiles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for marketing and creative roles, including:

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for exempt and professional-level roles.
