Role and Responsibilities

This role focuses on leading integrated marketing and creative marketing strategies in Plano, Texas. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, optimize brand presence, and enhance customer engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams to establish creative assets (e.g., photography, logos, key visuals, messaging) and delivery schedules.

  • Manage marketing development funds to create innovative sales-generating marketing tactics.

  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related field.

  • 12-14 years of experience in integrated or creative marketing.

  • Strong project management and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in business or marketing.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM, social media, and digital media marketing.
