Client Overview: Our client is a leading sports and entertainment organization that partners with world-class talent, brands, and properties to deliver innovative marketing and representation solutions. Must have previous experience recruiting for creative, digital, marketing, strategy, production, or agency-based teams.

Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions and office locations, with a primary focus on hiring for brand marketing teams. This includes recruiting for creative, experiential, digital marketing, analytics, hospitality, and integrated marketing positions. Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with business needs.

Lead intake meetings to define hiring requirements, prepare job descriptions, and complete documentation needed to launch new searches. Manage the approval process for all new requisitions before positions are opened. Publish job opportunities through the applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, company career site, and additional recruiting platforms. Expand candidate outreach by partnering with diversity-focused organizations and professional networks.

Assist with maintaining recruiting reports and weekly hiring activity updates for leadership and key business partners. Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and gather timely feedback from interview teams. Ensure candidates receive a positive experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process. Proactively source top talent through networking, referrals, market research, and other recruiting resources.

Facilitate compensation discussions, prepare offer documentation, and guide candidates through the offer process. Coordinate reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through ongoing engagement with candidates and employee referrals. Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to recruiting content, social media efforts, and other talent attraction strategies. Represent the organization professionally at recruiting events, networking opportunities, and career fairs.

Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring trends, and provide insights to improve talent acquisition processes. Develop and execute inclusive sourcing strategies that support diversity and equitable hiring practices. Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and recruitment best practices. Talent Acquisition Manager Qualifications: 4โ€“5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required. Bachelor's degree required.

Previous experience recruiting for creative, digital, marketing, strategy, production, or agency-based teams strongly preferred. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
