Full Job Description:
Our growing company is seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to join our Marketing Operations team. Reporting to the National Creative Operations Manager, this role supports the Creative Operations function by coordinating the end-to-end creative workflow-from brief intake through final asset delivery.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate creative projects in Monday.com and marketing deliverables by tracking timelines, milestones, and workback schedules to support on-time execution.
Coordinate project intake and creative routing by confirming brief completeness, prioritizing requests, scheduling reviews, and tracking feedback through kickoff.
Partner with project teams and stakeholders to track progress, support adherence to brief requirements and deadlines, and coordinate smooth handoff of final deliverables.
Gather project resourcing needs and inputs (internal vs. external support) and escalate risks, constraints and timing considerations to the National Creative Operations Manager.
Manage on call creative on schedules
Support marketing operations initiatives by assisting with reporting, dashboards, and routine data pulls to help track workload, timelines, and performance.
Assist with ad hoc Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) support tasks, including helping conduct quarterly creative upload audits
Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for greater efficiency, and flag findings with recommendations to the National Creative Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities and deliverables at once.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Extremely proactive and willing to jump in wherever needed
Organizational skills are second to none
Excels in fast paced environments. Welcomes change with open arms.
Knowledge of various production methods across traditional print, digital media, and large-scale signage is a plus.
Experience with project management software, such as Monday.com
Experience:

2+ years working in a project management type role within a marketing organization, inhouse creative team or at a creative agency Bonus points for experience in the cannabis industry
Education:

Bachelor's Degree in the study of Project Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or related, or equivalent years of work experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.   A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position.
