This role will manage creative processes across Marketing, Visual Design, Branding, and Social Media. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience facilitating efficient workflows, improving team collaboration, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.

Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project development, from concept to completion Collaborate with diverse teams to bring ideas to life Develop critical timelines and key milestones in the creative development process Oversee resource management, ensuring the right creatives (designers, animators, editors, illustrators, DPs, etc.) are assigned to the right projects while balancing workloads Support the planning and coordination of photo and video shoots, managing timelines, logistics, and budgets Facilitate overall marketing roadmap planning, ensuring projects maintain momentum and hit delivery targets Implement and manage project tracking tools to streamline workflows, track progress, and flag potential roadblocks Requirements: 3+ years of experience in project management, particularly in creative or design-focused projects Working knowledge of creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and provide feedback clearly Leadership experience managing creative teams or cross-functional teams Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and ensuring the integrity of the creative vision.
