Responsibilities

As the Head of Growth at Orbofi, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Identifying and prioritizing key growth channels, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and partnerships.
• Leading a cross-functional team of marketers, designers, and engineers to optimize the user experience and drive growth.
• Leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions about growth initiatives and product improvements.
• Establishing a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement to optimize growth initiatives.
• Building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners and influencers to drive brand awareness and growth.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and product roadmap.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the AI-generated content landscape and Web3 ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a cross-functional team.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
