Job description

Description:

goop kitchen is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to help shape and evolve the visual expression of the brand across every guest touchpoint. From social content and email campaigns to menus, packaging, restaurant signage, launch materials, and special projects, this role will be responsible for creating thoughtful, elevated design that brings the brand to life.

This person should be as strong at generating original, culturally relevant creative concepts as they are at bringing them to life across channels. They have a sharp point of view, a deep understanding of design, photography, typography, and visual storytelling, and an instinct for what feels fresh, aspirational, and distinctly on-brand.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing quickly. They have strong digital and print experience, an obsessive attention to detail, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves—whether they're concepting a campaign, designing a menu, art directing a photoshoot, editing a social asset, or preparing production files. Above all, they must possess exceptional creative judgment and have impeccable taste.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Design

  • Create compelling, on-brand creative across all consumer-facing channels.

  • Partner closely with the Social Media Manager and Director of Brand to develop engaging creative that is optimized for platform performance.
  • Create graphics, templates, story assets, Reel covers, and campaign creative that support content production.
  • Design with an understanding of both aesthetics and performance.

Print + Environmental Design

  • Design packaging, in-store collateral, signage, flyers, event materials, and launch assets.
  • Support restaurant openings and local marketing initiatives with thoughtful, brand-right creative.
  • Prepare production-ready files and manage projects through the print process.

Creative Production

  • Support content shoots through creative planning, asset selection, and visual direction.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, printers, and external partners as needed.
  • Build scalable templates and systems that help the marketing team move quickly while maintaining quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Social Media, Growth, Culinary, and Operations teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • Approach every project with curiosity, flexibility, and a no-task-too-small mindset.
  • Serve as a creative problem solver and collaborative partner across the organization.

Bonus: Motion + Video

  • Create lightweight motion graphics, animations, and video assets for social and digital channels.
  • Edit short-form video content and support the creation of social-first creative.
  • Stay current on evolving content formats and creative trends across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 401k match
