Job description

Cummings Electrical is seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Creative Specialist to bring our brand to life through compelling content and visual storytelling in Fort Worth, TX. Reporting to the Director of Communications, this role blends social media strategy, content creation, graphic design, and storytelling to engage audiences, showcase our people and projects, and support company growth and brand visibility. 


What You'll Do 

  • Manage social media content across external and internal channels 
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content that supports business objectives and brand awareness 
  • Write compelling copy and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms 
  • Support paid social campaigns, monitor analytics, and optimize content performance 
  • Partner with teams across the company to develop content that supports recruiting, employee engagement, employer branding, and business initiatives 
  • Capture content at jobsites and events while supporting creative projects including presentations, website content, video, social media assets, and print materials 

What We're Looking For 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, business, or organization 
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field  
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, analytics, scheduling tools, and emerging trends 
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools 
  • Excellent writing, communication, storytelling, and organizational skills 
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across departments 
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to travel locally to jobsites, offices, and company events to capture content
