Job description

LEAD CREATIVE PRODUCER // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH

JOB OBJECTIVES

  •          Leads the Media Production team and oversees the creation of a weekly kids show and other media projects that bring Eagle Brook Church’s mission to life
  •          Works closely with the Media team to ensure creative excellence and alignment across church-wide initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  •          Supports large-scale projects, provides strategic creative input and helps guide the professional growth of team members
  •         Reports to the Media Strategy Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

  • Supervises and leads media producers and screenwriters, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and collaboration
  • Supports the creation and development of the church’s kids’ media, ensuring it engages children and supports biblical teaching in a creative way
  • Partners with the Media Strategy Manager and key stakeholders to offer creative direction, guidance and quality control for church-wide media and branding efforts
  • Collaborates Creative team members to deliver impactful content for weekend services
  • Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned, staying flexible to meet the team’s and church’s changing needs

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

 

  • Participates in church services, volunteer opportunities and ministry events to stay connected with the church’s community and mission
  • Explores industry trends, creative inspiration and innovative techniques to share with the team
  • Builds relationships with staff in other departments to encourage collaboration and strengthen the Creative team’s reputation across the church
  • Takes on one-off projects outside regular responsibilities, such as helping with big weekend projects
  • Offers constructive feedback or consultation to other teams needing creative input on their projects
  • Organizes and participates in activities that build camaraderie and keep the Creative team energized, such as team-building exercises and celebrations
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook Church’s 9 core beliefs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related experience

JOB DETAILS

  •          FSLA Status: Exempt / Salary
  •          Salary: $73,000 – $75,000
  •      Employment Classification: Full Time

  •          Workdays: Monday – Friday (generally)
  •          Work Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (generally)
  •          Remote Eligible: may be eligible to work remote one day per week

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  •          Regular moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
