Job description

Primary Purpose: The Zone Chain Account Manager is responsible for managing sales, distribution, and execution within Swisher’s assigned regional chain and wholesale accounts. This role focuses on growing volume, revenue, profit and shares through data-driven selling, promotional execution, and collaborative partnerships across internal teams and key customer stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage sales performance, distribution, merchandising, and special programs for assigned chain and wholesale accounts.

Maximize volume, revenue, profit, and shares using data analytics, fact-based selling and storytelling techniques. Develop and present customer-specific annual plans aligned to both internal sales objectives and customer growth targets. Lead and participate in category management initiatives; develop and present business reviews that support Swisher’s brand portfolio and drive customer success.

Oversee store resets and coordinate sales coverage in partnership with field sales teams. Provides brand and category priorities to multi-functional resources, such as Territory Managers Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs and aligned with account strategy. Attend and represent Swisher at trade shows and industry events to support business development and strengthen customer relationships.

Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required 5+ years of progressive Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience Must be at least 21 at the time of employment Valid driver’s license Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Education: High School Diploma Travel: This role requires 50% of travel, including overnight stays. Travel expectations vary based on assigned territory and may change according to business needs.

Preferred 7+ years of CPG sales experience Internal Applicants: Graduated from Swisher’s Vision Program Previous experience as a Special Projects Manager or Sales Development Manager Education: Bachelor’s Degree
