Regional Sales Manager - Packaging & Processing Equipment
Northern California / West Coast
We have been exclusively retained by one of the world's leading manufacturers of packaging and processing equipment to identify a Regional Sales Manager to cover the West Coast, with an ideal home base in Northern California or Nevada.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company that has remained family-owned for over 150 years, now led by the 5th generation of the founding family. With operations in 120+ countries, the organization is recognized worldwide for its premium quality equipment, innovative technology, and exceptional long-term stability.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing your territory by selling a comprehensive portfolio of capital equipment and consumables into primarily food and beverage manufacturers. This is a true business development role where you'll prospect for new opportunities, develop long-term customer relationships, manage projects through the sales cycle, and build your territory into a highly profitable business.
The territory has recently been realigned Top-performing sales professionals commonly earn $300,000+ annually after establishing their territories.

Qualifications
  • Experience selling packaging equipment, process equipment, or related industrial capital equipment
  • Experience with products such as inspection systems, vision systems, checkweighers, labeling, printing/coding, track & trace, or weighing systems is highly preferred
  • Strong business development and new account acquisition skills
  • Proven history of sales success
  • Reside in Northern California or Nevada
  • Willing to travel approximately 50-60% throughout the territory
