Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent

RE/MAX Pinnacle - Colorado Property Group

Durango, CO

$85K/yr

Full-time

Job description

At Colorado Property Group, we know that some of the best real estate professionals come from completely different careers. Whether you're coming from education, healthcare, hospitality, sales, banking, or another industry, you don't need real estate experience. You need the right training, mentorship, and a team willing to invest in your success.

We don't believe in handing you a license and wishing you luck. We provide a hands-on, step-by-step approach that takes the guesswork out of getting started. From earning your license to building your business, you'll work alongside experienced mentors who will teach you not only how real estate works, but how to confidently serve clients and build a sustainable career.

Joining Colorado Property Group means becoming part of a collaborative team where learning is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and growth is expected. You'll have access to proven systems, innovative technology, ongoing coaching, and a supportive culture that helps new agents gain confidence quickly.

If you've ever wondered whether real estate could be the right next chapter, but weren't sure where to start, we're here to help you make that transition. Bring your work ethic, your passion for helping people, and your willingness to learn. We'll provide the roadmap.

If you're ready for a career with unlimited potential and a team that's committed to helping you succeed from day one, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $85,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Learn the Local Market: You will spend your first few weeks diving into Durango neighborhoods, local trends, and our tech stack so you can speak with authority.
  • Hunt for Opportunity: Success doesn't find you. You will be on the phone and in the community every day, identifying people who need our help buying or selling a home.
  • Master the "Red Carpet" Experience: You’ll guide clients through the emotional and financial hurdles of a sale, backed by our in-house transaction coordinator.
  • Show Up for Coaching: You will meet weekly with Jill and our mentors to review your numbers, role-play tough conversations, and sharpen your skills.
  • Hit Your Numbers: Our primary focus for you is simple but non-negotiable: setting and meeting at least one real estate appointment every single week.
  • Be the Face of CPG: Whether you are at a local event or a closing, you will represent our core values: Community, Awareness, Resilience, and Excellence.

Qualifications:

Who We Are Looking For

  • The High-Stakes Professional:  You've built a successful career in education, healthcare, hospitality, sales, management, or another people-focused profession, and you're ready for a new challenge.
  • The Relentless Learner: You are coachable and eager to follow our technology-driven systems rather than trying to reinvent the wheel.
  • Confident Enough to Start Fresh: You have the resilience to bet on yourself and the grit to push through the difficult first year of real estate.
  • The Local Guide: You have deep roots or a strong passion for the Southwest Colorado community and want to provide a "red carpet" experience for your neighbors.
  • The Disciplined Self-Starter: You don't need a boss hovering over you to know that showing up every day is the only way to win.

.
