  • Established relationships with key client and agency decision-makers and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success selling integrated, cross-platform media solutions across digital, print, social, branded content, and experiential offerings.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and takes ownership of driving results.
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and sound business judgment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, client events and industry events.
