Descripción de la vacante
Serás responsable de fortalecer relaciones con clientes estratégicos, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, mejorar la ejecución comercial y liderar al equipo local hacia una cultura de alto desempeño. La posición requiere una persona con visión de negocio, fuerte capacidad de ejecución, liderazgo cercano y enfoque en resultados.
Responsabilidades
  • Liderar la estrategia comercial de Costa Rica y asegurar cumplimiento de metas de ventas y rentabilidad.
  • Gestionar cuentas clave y relaciones comerciales con clientes estratégicos del canal moderno y retail.
  • Desarrollar forecast, planes de crecimiento y seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mercado y generar planes de acción para acelerar resultados.
  • Liderar equipo directo comercial y estructura indirecta de operación en campo.
  • Fortalecer cultura de ejecución, seguimiento y accountability dentro del equipo.
  • Coordinar con áreas internas como Finanzas, Recursos Humanos, Legal y equipo regional.
  • Supervisar correcta ejecución en punto de venta, trade marketing y servicio al cliente.
  • Presentar resultados, avances y estrategias a liderazgo regional.

Requisitos
  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Deseable MBA o postgrado.
  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en posiciones como Gerente Comercial, Country Manager o roles similares dentro del sector retail o canal moderno en el mercado de Costa Rica.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales de alto desempeño.
  • Alta capacidad analítica, negociación y toma de decisiones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento ejecutivo.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel avanzado indispensable.
