You will be accountable forsolution design,operational delivery, team performance, and collaboration with commercial stakeholders tosupport and accelerate the sustainable growth of our MPL offering in Spain.

  • Design,quote,manageandexecutecomplex, tailor-madeproject logisticssolutions, focusing on oversized cargo transportationacross multiple market segments

  • Collaborateclosely with Sales and Business Development togenerate leads andsupport customerwins with technical know-howandcompetitive, fit-for-purposesolution designand quotations.

  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, consistently delivering excellence.

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, including on-site supervision through your team where required.

  • Lead continuous improvementand operational excellenceinitiatives,implementing processesto drive efficiency, costleadershipand high-quality project execution across all assigned customer projects.

  • Build a dynamic, diversified andcompetitivevendornetworkto bring maximum control, efficiency and valuetomeet the requirements of the customer projects

  • Ensure adherence to MPL Standard Billing Cycle and Job Costing Policy andfacilitateBusiness Controlling and financial month end activities

  • A demonstratedexperience managingPnLand atrack record ofscaling revenue and profitability

  • Solid understanding of global trade and complex supply chain operations

  • Strong commercialmindset andunderstanding of customer service dynamics(prior experience in roles with direct customerexposureormanaging client relationshipsispreferred)

  • Proven leadership experience,with a focus on leading small,highly-engagedand high-performingteamsand developing talent
