Manages vehicle access permitting, high‑volume bus mall operations, and rideshare pick‑up and drop‑off zones to support safe and efficient vehicle and passenger movement. Working closely with venue operations, security, and traffic management teams, the department ensures compliance with FIFA standards, LATMP requirements, and accessibility obligations in a fast‑paced event environment.

Depot Staff Roles

Manages fleet readiness, vehicle staging and dispatch, driver coordination, and real-time operational control to ensure buses are safe and efficiently deployed across all services.
