Weโ€™re currently hiring an Experienced Lead In-Home Stone Countertop Installer to join our Boise team. If you take pride in your work, lead by example, and deliver top-tier results, we want to hear from you.

???? What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead and complete in-home stone countertop installations
  • Ensure precise, high-quality installs in residential and commercial settings
  • Remove existing countertops and assist with basic plumbing disconnects (as needed)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
  • Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns
  • Coordinate with the office when additional support is needed
  • Travel locally (with occasional out-of-town work)
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company standards on every job

โœ… What You Bring
  • 2+ years of lead installer experience (REQUIRED)
  • Strong background in stone countertop installation
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
  • Strong math and measurement skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused

  • Ability to lift and maneuver 100+ lbs (team lift)
  • Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
