FULL-TIME COUNTERTOP INSTALLER

Minimum 2 years experience required

As an installer you will preform daily tasks and responsibility's associated with granite and quartz countertop installations. Must be able gain and utilize proper skill and knowledge to ensure a quality finished product; working alongside co workers and home owners in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily installations of countertops a part of install crew.
  • Reviewing paperwork, drawings and job specs. Prepare and load product prior to installation.
  • Ability to learn and gain an understanding of countertop installation process.
  • REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN QUALITY INSTALLATION ACCORDING TO COMPANY STANDARDS
  • Work alongside homeowners and contractors in a professional, respectful manner at all times.
  • Continually engage in a professional work relationship with other installers, carrying out proper responsibility's as a team under supervision of lead installer.
  • Maintain Trailor in good order, with proper inventory and supplies
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Proficient in estimating and related computer programs.
  • Experience in reading blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Process excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional demeanor with customers and co workers at all times.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate with overtime (40-50 hours/week)
  • Pay raise at an annual rate of 3-5% based on responsibilities and effectiveness.
  • Vacation: Two paid weeks for the first 5 years, additional day each year after 5, max 3 weeks
