We're Hiring: Lead Countertop Installers

Absolute StoneCraft is seeking a Lead Installer to join our growing team of professionals committed to quality, service, and teamwork. What You’ll Do:

As one of our Lead Installers, you’ll be in charge of ensuring every granite installation is flawless, on time, and exceeds customer expectations. You’ll lead and mentor a crew, communicate with clients and project leaders, and ensure that each job site runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Compensation:

$25 - $34 hourly


Responsibilities:

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead a team of installers to complete residential and commercial granite installations.
  • Set the tone on-site with professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Train and mentor up-and-coming team members in craft, safety, and standards.
  • Perform high-quality installs — and troubleshoot challenges when needed.
  • Serve as the on-site point person for clients, delivering confidence and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving and customers happy.
