Job description

Marjan Stone is a well-established stone fabrication and countertop company serving residential and commercial clients throughout San Diego County, Orange County, and South Los Angeles.

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to help grow our contractor, builder, designer, and commercial accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in construction, countertops, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, stone, flooring, or related industries who wants to build a long-term, high-income career.

We provide warm and hot leads, but successful candidates must also be comfortable generating new business through networking, relationship building, and field prospecting.

Compensation

  • $5,000 per month draw/base available depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Commission range: 5%–12%
  • Strong residential and commercial project opportunities
  • Top performers can earn well into six figures annually

Commercial projects commonly range from $100,000–$500,000+ in total project value, creating significant commission opportunities. Residential projects also offer strong earning potential with consistent lead flow.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with contractors, builders, cabinet shops, kitchen & bath designers, property managers, and commercial accounts
  • Follow up on company-provided leads
  • Generate new business through field visits, networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

Preferred Experience

  • Outside sales experience
  • Construction or remodeling industry knowledge
  • Stone, countertops, cabinetry, flooring, tile, or related products
  • Commercial or residential project sales
  • Existing industry relationships are a strong plus
