Hellings Builders is seeking an Executive Assistant who is highly organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and naturally positive. This is a high-trust, behind-the-scenes role for someone who can manage shifting priorities, keep schedules and systems on track, and anticipate what needs to happen next, without waiting to be asked.
You'll support the day-to-day operations of our growing home building and land development businesses, with a focus on installation scheduling, builder coordination, shop tickets, color selections, administrative systems, and operational follow-through.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $65,000 - $85,000 annual salary

Responsibilities
• Coordinate administrative workflows, including AP, payroll entry, vendor records, and documentation
• Manage subcontractor contracts, insurance records, and other critical files
• Keep project systems accurate and up to date
• Maintain CRM and construction-management systems, ensuring information is entered accurately and promptly
• Anticipate needs, communicate changes and solve problems in a timely manner
Qualifications
• 2+ years of construction, home building, remodeling, or countertop industry experience preferred
• High-level administrative, executive assistant, or operations coordination experience
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities
• Strong systems experience: Sage Contractor and Builder Trend is a plus
• Calm, professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
• Self-starter with initiative, excellent judgment, and strong follow-through
