Essential Duties:
- Receive and properly store liquor, beer and wine.
- Deliver beverage requisitions to bartenders, cart attendants, etc. and fill orders when needed
- Report any discrepancies in requisitions or inventory.
- Prepare, restock and set-up bar for opening.
- Clean bar storage area, equipment and countertop.
- Relieve and perform the duties of a bartender/cashier when required.
- Assist bartender in welcoming guests, taking beverage orders, mixing and serving drinks.
- Follow County regulations and hotel policies in serving alcoholic beverages.
- Able to relieve and perform duties of a bartender
- Complete work assignments in a timely manner
- Consistently perform tasks as specified on sequence of service standards and SOPs.
- Assist in inventory.
- Clean storeroom.
- Rotate stock.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Other Duties:
- Converse with guests in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Cut garnishes for drinks.
- Recommend the resort’s restaurants and facilities to guests.

Working Conditions:
- Indoors in a storeroom.

- Hands in/out of water with dishwashing soap when assisting behind the bar.
- Lift and carry up to and over 50 lbs.
- Push and pull up to and over 50 lbs.
- Able to manage stressful and challenging situations when dealing with irate guests.
Communication Demands:
- Able to communicate verbally to employees, managers and guests.
- Able to communicate over the phone.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Able to read and write to do job duties
- Department of Health TB Clearance
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Liquor Commission card preferred, or acquired within 30 days after hire
