What you’ll be doing

  1. Use established recipes to make consistent products
  2. Clean food-prep equipment and maintain cleanliness of area
  3. Check production schedules to determine variety and quantity of goods
  4. Make sure items are covered, stored and dated properly
  5. Rotate stock using first in, first out method
  6. Change food containers in coolers/freezers as needed – noting date prepared
