Job description

As a Cook at Geneva Marina, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals for our customers using fresh ingredients and following established recipes. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times
  • Follow all ServSafe / Health Department guidelines
  • Stock or refill items as needed 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Available weekends & holidays
  • Ability to work in a hot environment and stand for long periods of time 
  • Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
