We are hiring aControllerfor a well-established, member-focused Credit Union. This is afull-time, onsite leadership roleresponsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseefinancial operations, accounting processes, and reporting
  • Prepare and analyzefinancial statements
  • Managegeneral ledger, reconciliations, and financial controls
  • Leadbudgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensureregulatory compliance (banking/credit union standards)
  • Monitor financial performance and providestrategic insights to leadership
  • Implement and maintaininternal controls
  • Supervise and mentoraccounting team
  • Coordinate withexternal auditors and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in:
    • Financial reporting
