What Youโ€™ll Be Doing
โ€ข Lead all financial reporting processes
โ€ข Oversee month-end, year-end, and annual close activities

What Weโ€™re Looking For
โ€ข 4-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
โ€ข CPA strongly preferred
โ€ข Prior insurance industry experience preferred, ideally in P&C
โ€ข Leadership experience as a Finance or Accounting Supervisor, Manager, or similar role
โ€ข Also open to experienced Senior Accountants ready for advancement w/ prior leadership experience
โ€ข Strong financial reporting, analytical, and process improvement skills
โ€ข Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership teams
