Unlike full-time employees, contractual managers are typically hired for specific projects or periods, offering flexibility to both the company and the individual. Their responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for customer growth and retention. They play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the contract period.
