Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Includes a 1-hour lunch break; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM COT/CST)
Job Overview
Our Client is an innovative Australian AI-powered course creation and learning management platform that enables organizations to transform existing documents, videos, and SOPs into structured online courses in minutes. Serving registered training organizations, universities, enterprise L&D teams, and independent creators across North America, Europe, Australia, and Latin America, they deliver a streamlined LMS ecosystem. Operating as a fast-paced, high-accountability team, they rely on sharp customer success operators to expand their footprint across English- and Spanish-speaking markets.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a bilingual, high-impact Demo & Retention Officer to serve as the face of the organization for US and Latin American prospects and clients. Sitting at the intersection of sales and customer success, this professional will conduct live product demonstrations in English and Spanish, manage pre-sales conversations, onboard new accounts, and drive retention and expansion strategies. Reporting directly to the founder during US business hours, this role is ideal for a proactive SaaS operator with a background in corporate L&D or EdTech who thrives in an autonomous, early-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities
Live Product Demos & Pre-Sales Execution
  • Runs tailored, live product demonstrations in both English and Spanish for inbound prospects across corporate L&D, higher education, and enterprise sectors.
  • Manages full pre-sales cycles from initial demo to close, handling technical inquiries, objection management, and platform positioning.
  • Records and maintains a library of bilingual demo videos, product walk-throughs, and reusable onboarding documentation.
Customer Onboarding, Retention & Account Growth
  • Onboards new clients, guiding course setup and platform navigation to ensure working outcomes within the first two weeks of adoption.
  • Manages account retention by proactively auditing account health, identifying churn risks, and executing targeted retention strategies.
  • Identifies and closes upsell and expansion opportunities (additional user seats, tier upgrades, and feature add-ons) within active accounts.
  • Manages inbound customer support and operational inquiries during US business hours, escalating complex technical issues to the core engineering team.
  • Gathers customer feedback to inform product development, sharing user insights, feature requests, and churn trends with internal teams.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual Language Mastery: Native or fully fluent Spanish combined with professional-level English fluency to deliver unscripted, persuasive live demos in both languages.
  • SaaS Experience: 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Engineering, or SDR/AE roles within a SaaS or software enterprise.
  • EdTech / L&D Background: Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Docebo, TalentLMS, Canvas, Articulate) or a background in instructional design and corporate training.
  • Demonstration Polish: Proven track record delivering live product presentations and software demonstrations to enterprise decision-makers.
  • US Business Hour Alignment: Ability to work US Eastern Time hours reliably from Colombia or Mexico.
  • Remote Infrastructure: Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet, webcam, and headset for professional video calls.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience selling to or supporting US-based corporate L&D or higher education clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM and support platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Plain).
  • Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or compliance-driven training frameworks.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup environment building operational processes from scratch.
