The successful candidate shall be accountable for leading a team of Contracts professionals in the preparation, negotiation, and management of complex proposals and/or contract activities in accordance with company policies, legal regulations, and customer requirements with limited guidance or supervision from Contracts leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, mentor, and develop the Contracts organization.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations for contracts personnel.
  • Build team capability through coaching, training, succession planning, and professional development.
  • Manage the full life cycle of contract administration, from solicitation to closeout.
  • Develop productive relationships with customer contracting officers, contract specialists, legal representatives, program offices, and other authorized customer personnel.
  • Partner with program management to integrate contractual requirements into program execution.
  • Participate in program reviews, risk reviews, proposal reviews, and executive business reviews.
  • Ensure all company policies, processes, and internal controls are followed.
  • Ensure contractual commitments are reviewed and approved by appropriately authorized personnel before execution.

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience
