About the Role

Asย Employee Benefits Account Managerย you willย support a growing health and welfare practice with an independent agency, handlingย daily service duties and client engagement/relationship strategies onย small and mid-sized groups.ย 


Location:ย Cape Cod, MA


Responsibilities:ย 

  • Relationship development and renewal management with current clients
  • Executing daily service strategies (preparing & writing proposals, providing quote comparisons, performing benchmarking & financial underwriting review)
  • Creating coverage specifications, analyzing quotes & negotiating with carriers, and creating/presenting coverage analysis
  • Presentations and leading enrollment meetings


Experience:ย 

  • At least three (3) years of group life & health insurance industry experience in client service
  • Must have an active L&H insurance license
