Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced, proactive Technical RPO Recruiter with a strong agency or embedded recruitment consultancy background to join our high-growth team.

This is is a front-line sourcing and relationship-building role. You will act as an embedded extension of our clients’ internal talent teams to deliver on complex, white-collar technical professional roles while managing high-volume hiring campaigns. You will own candidate prospecting, drive outreach, manage key stakeholders, and ensure rigid process control to hit ambitious hiring velocity goals.


Key Responsibilities


1. Candidate Prospecting & Technical Sourcing


  • Proactive Outreach: Actively prospect, cold-outreach, and engage passive white-collar technical candidates using advanced sourcing strategies, Boolean logic, and networking.
  • Pipeline Velocity: Build and maintain deep talent pools for specialized technical profiles to execute on high-volume, time-sensitive campaigns.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Articulate complex technical opportunities and represent both Viridan Group’s expertise and our clients’ employer brands seamlessly.


2. Embedded Stakeholder Management


  • Client Integration: Serve as an embedded trusted advisor to client HR leads and hiring managers, conducting intake calls, defining talent criteria, and driving decision-making.
  • Process Leadership: Control and manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, keeping hiring managers accountable, tracking feedback, and eliminating hiring bottlenecks.
  • Consultative Guidance: Leverage real-time market data, compensation insights, and candidate feedback to influence client hiring strategies.


3. Campaign Execution & Screening


  • Rigorously evaluate technical candidates for skills, culture alignment, and compensation expectations.
  • Manage interview pipelines, coordinate complex schedules, and lead offer presentations and closing procedures.
  • Maintain complete ATS and CRM data hygiene to report performance metrics back to both Viridan leadership and client partners.

  • Agency / RPO Background: Proven background working in a high-volume recruitment agency, RPO provider, or embedded talent consultancy.
  • Technical Recruiting Expertise: Deep experience sourcing and closing white-collar technical professionals (e.g., Engineering, IT, Specialized Technical Disciplines).
  • Proactive Sourcing & Outreach Mindset: Highly confident with proactive candidate prospecting, direct outreach, and cold candidate engagement.
