Introduction


Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Recruiter position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Hybrid model. 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday); any of these days can be used for hospital site visits. Monday & Friday are remote days, for a duration of 3 Months with the possibility to be extended and convert to direct.


Training Will Be in Orlando the First Week - Expenses Will Be Paid.


Summary


Our client is looking to redesign and revamp the entire recruitment team in Colorado and needs to bring in individuals who are driven, committed to service, autonomous, and can roll with changes.

  • Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans and potential retirements.
  • Develops strategy to acquire talent to assure vacancies are kept to facility specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
  • Learns and articulates the business line to market positions to potential candidates.
  • Uses an intake process with hiring managers, develops recruitment plan and sets SLA's.
  • Sources and recruits to develop candidates. Develops skills to pre-close candidates during candidate intake.
  • Using Behavioral Interview techniques, interviews, resumes, credentials reviews and assessments, determines candidates who are a mission fit, meet the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities to be a good fit for the position.
  • Ensure Behavioral Assessments are completed and reflective of the quality hire expected to meet company's competencies.
  • Prepares salary offers and receives approval of the hiring managers.
  • Prepares and extends the job offer, sign on bonuses, seasonal agreement, relocation agreements and any other incentives. Manages counter offers as necessary.
  • Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives and corporate and facility policies and addresses applicant inquiries.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in applicant tracking system.


Required:
  • Understanding of ATS Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards
  • High volume recruiting experience
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Customer service/account management experience
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • RPO/Agency experience preferred
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR
  • HR Certification through HCI or SHRM
