About the Role

100% remote, work-from-home position for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager. Join a fast-paced group that handles all personal risk management policies from A-to-Z for a large insurance broker.

Location: 100% remote, work-from-home for qualified applicants with the choice to work CST or PST hours.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
  • Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum two (2) years of insurance experience in a personal lines insurance customer service role
  • Independent agency experience is required
  • State insurance license
