Summary/Objective

The Recruiter's purpose is to provide recruiting support and service commitment on a daily basis for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing clients.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, with 40-45 hours per week expected in order to achieve goals.

Essential Functions

  • Meet the specific needs of RPO client stakeholders by recruiting, evaluating, presenting, and placing appropriate candidates for direct hire positions.
  • Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in direct hire recruitment.
  • Schedule interviews between client's stakeholders and candidates as appropriate.
  • Prepare customers and candidates for job interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates and internal customers after interviews.
  • Present job offers, negotiate, close the transactions, and confirm start dates and compensation.
  • Track and prepare reporting on recruiting activity as needed by our clients.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
