Unlike traditional recruiters who may work for an agency or directly for a company, RPO recruiters are typically embedded within the client's organization and handle all or part of the recruitment cycle full time. Their responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently. This model allows companies to scale their hiring efforts, leverage recruiting expertise, and improve time-to-hire while focusing on their core business operations.

Balancing high-volume hiring with the need to maintain a quality candidate experience requires strong organizational skills and proactive communication.
