SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
- Complete scheduled PMs and accurately document maintenance activities in a maintenance management system.
- Support welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, and machine shop projects as needed.
- Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, heating systems, pumps, forklifts, and other facility equipment.
- Identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Safely operate maintenance tools, hand tools, welders, grinders, lifts, and other shop equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety and quality procedures.
- Assist with equipment installations, facility improvements, and other maintenance projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Trade school education or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Experience with welding and metal fabrication; certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with forklifts, scissor lifts, machine shop equipment, and power tools.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn maintenance software.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible hours when needed.
