As Global Talent Acquisition & Inclusion Manager, you will co-design and execute our global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy, fostering a culture of growth where every individual can thrive. In addition, you will be responsible for designing and scaling an international hiring strategy that aligns Clariant's macro growth goals, ensuring the regional deployment according to the local practices. Reporting to the Head of Talent & Culture, this is an individual contributor role open to colleagues based in Brazil, India, Poland, Mexico, USA, or Germany.

Responsibilities
  • Execute multi-year Inclusion, Diversity & Equity strategic plans aligned with business ambitions to embed inclusion into organizational culture and daily operations.
  • Develop DEI-related policies and educational initiatives in collaboration with HR, covering hiring, mentoring, leadership development, and cultural competence building.
  • Track equity indicators, workforce demographics, and belonging surveys, transforming data into actionable insights; oversee the DE&I section of theAnnual Integrated Report.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Communications) to establish DE&I goals, drive accountability, and ensure enterprise-wide alignment.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior management positions globally, in coordination with Global HRBPs.
  • Manage the global recruitment agencies, job boards, and technology talent acquisition vendors.
  • Enforce a global compliance framework for Talent Acquisition covering GDPR, and data privacy standards.
  • Own the global recruiting data dashboard, tracking KPIs such as Cost-Per-Hire, Time-to-Fill, and Quality-of-Hire, with executive-level reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve and scale global talent acquisition processes, building governance frameworks that enable regional TA Managers to operate effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global HR roles, such as DE&I Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Learning & People Development Manager, or Global Talent Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Studies, Business Administration, or Labor Relations; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in co-designing and implementing multi-year DE&I strategies in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in measuring, analyzing, and tracking progress on DE&I and Talent Acquisition metrics.
  • Ability to drive the adoption of new practices and cultural shifts.
  • Understanding of labor law, GDPR, and regulatory risks relevant to DE&I and Talent Acquisition in a global context
  • Effective change management skills with a track record of supporting cultural transformation.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with confidence working across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence across functions and seniority levels.
