Job Description

You'll own new business development. Building genuine relationships with HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Managers, C-suite Executives, and Hiring Managers who need a better way to hire. This role calls for creativity, persistence, and a people-first mindset. You won't be following a script - you'll be leading with insight, earning trust, and showing companies what it looks like when recruiting is done with humanity and intention. This is solution selling - not a transactional close. You'll be building relationships, uncovering pain, and guiding prospects toward a decision that's right for their business.

What You'll Do

  • Cold call and prospect into HR Leaders, TA Managers, Executives, and Hiring Managers across companies of all sizes and industries
  • Think creatively and intentionally about outreach - going beyond standard email sequences to find authentic ways to add value before asking for the meeting
  • Clearly articulate how The Panaro Group's model differs from traditional staffing and contingency recruiting. and why that matters to their business
  • Lead discovery conversations with clarity and curiosity, asking the right questions before rushing to a solution
  • Consult, don't just sell - educate prospects on RPO and guide them toward confident decisions
  • Coordinate with leadership team to develop tailored proposals and see deals through with full accountability
  • Own the outcome from first touchpoint to signed contract
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM; report on progress weekly
  • Report directly into President and support their sales process

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, communication, or related field
  • Must have proven B2B sales experience, ideally in recruiting or HR services
  • A relationship-builder who leads with expertise and puts people over process
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach - and creative enough to stand out doing it
  • Someone who communicates with clarity and isn't afraid to push back or set realistic expectations
  • Ability to proactively evolve sales processes and methodologies to align with market changes and boost team results
  • Self-directed and accountable - you own your work end to end
  • Familiarity with RPO or talent acquisition is a strong plus
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
