Projekt Controlling und Vertragsmanagement – Ihre Aufgaben
  • In Ihrer Tätigkeit als Project Controlling & Contracts Manager unterstützen Sie als unabhängiger Partner die Projektleitung bei der Sicherstellung der Wirtschaftlichkeit von mehreren kleinen Raumfahrtprojekten und -studien oder einzelnen großen Raumfahrtprojekten im internationalen Kontext.
  • Dabei behalten Sie immer die wirtschaftlichen Belange des Unternehmens im Blick.
  • Sie nutzen vorhandene Tools zur Auswertung der Projektplanung (z. B. Cost-to-Completion, Earned‑Value‑Analysis) und steuern aktiv die Projektergebnisse mit.
  • Sie verantworten alle kaufmännischen und vertraglichen Themen, von der Angebotserstellung und -kalkulation, über die Vertragsausarbeitungen und -verhandlungen mit Kunden und Unterauftragsnehmern, bis hin zur Endabwicklung.
  • Potenzielle Vertragsänderungen (z. B. bei Claims) erarbeiten und verhandeln Sie gemeinsam mit der Projektleitung.
  • Sie arbeiten fachlich und disziplinarisch in einem standortübergreifenden Bereich zusammen und sind zudem Teil von internationalen Angebots‑ und Projektteams.
  • Ihre Ideen und Erfahrungen bringen Sie gerne in Sonderprojekten innerhalb des Bereichs ein.
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektmanagement (Commercial Project Management) mit Schwerpunkt Projekt Controlling und/oder Vertragsmanagement wünschenswert.
  • Effiziente, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit.
  • Engagement, Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Teamfähigkeit.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen.
  • SAP Anwenderkenntnisse hilfreich.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
