Location: Pataskala, Ohio  
Pay Range: Salary position, Based on experience.
Monday – Friday, 1st Shift On-Site.
40hrs/wk. (ability to work overtime, when needed)

The Project Manager (PM) role is a critical component to ensuring that jobs are installed properly and to the customer’s satisfaction. The PM will balance multiple projects, communicate effectively, properly plan, budget labor and resources, and forecast.
Day-to-Day:
  • Operational management of projects to include execution and fulfillment of jobs.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and budget.
  • Effectively managing project budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Coordination of material acquisition to ensure availability for construction as needed.
  • Structuring of agreements with subcontractors and oversight of that labor.
  • Managing the installation team members including technicians and installers.
  • Ensure that company and client safety standards are adhered to.
  • Finding solutions to technical challenges that arise during projects.
Skill Set:
  • 2-3 years of Construction Management experience
  • Proficient with all Microsoft office functions.
  • A polished and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated and disciplined.
  • An ambitious, excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful problem-solving abilities and highly evolved customer service skills
