Job description

The Service Manager/Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of post-sale project execution, ensuring a seamless experience from final measurement through installation and service completion. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, installers, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within company standards. The manager handles multiple smaller projects simultaneously, works independently, and frequently travels to installation sites. Additionally, this role includes completing service calls and performing physical repairs on windows and doors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all phases of post-sale project execution
  • Serve as primary liaison between customers, installers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Oversee installation processes to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Manage project schedules and timelines across multiple projects
  • Resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum
  • Ensure service completion meets company standards
  • Perform service technician duties including window and door repairs
  • Travel frequently to installation sites to support project and service delivery
