This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll DoProject Leadership & Execution
  • Lead day-to-day construction management activities utilizing established project management methodologies
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules

Safety, Quality & Compliance
  • Champion a strong safety culture and enforce site safety standards

  • Drive quality assurance and quality control efforts through documentation and reporting
  • Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to client and project requirements
Financial & Contract Management
  • Support project budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial reporting

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction industry experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies and estimating principles
  • Experience managing project changes and associated documentation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and related construction software platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
