Job description

JOB SUMMARY
As a world leader in mixing solutions, our products give our customers a wide range of capabilities across all industrial markets. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Aftermarket Mixer Project delivery throughout their execution. You will be delivering projects and timelines to the contractual agreement by effectively coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams. You'll be covering ITT Flow Technologies Mixer Aftermarket Projects across the globe in all of the markets we serve, including but not limited to, Water/Wastewater, Industrial, Chemical Processing, Mining/Minerals, and Life Sciences. You will expand your skills and experience as you support the Aftermarket Order Execution team and work with a variety of both internal and external teams along with customers. This role will be fast paced and ever changing as you will help to provide best-in-class aftermarket project management supporting over 150+ years of agitator installations around the world.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Aftermarket Project Manager, you will provide support to external sales representatives, customers, commercial leaders, and global affiliates throughout the order execution process.
The person filling this role should have strong client relations management skills as well as a technical background in order to fully understand and manage robust industrial projects in the Aftermarket space. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure customers receive proactive updates to critical projects for turnarounds, shut-downs, and overall mixer upgrades. Frequent collaboration with Engineering, Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Assembly, etc.), and Service is expected.
The Aftermarket Project Manager will:
  • Execute multiple diverse Mixer projects as per requirements, contract, and timeline
  • Ensure all activities and resources are effectively planned and managed to meet project deliverables
  • Collaborate with different project stakeholders (internal and external), local engineering and global organizations for specific portions of project fulfillment
  • Plan and control of qualitative and quantitative risks to minimize adverse impact on project costs, products, and services
  • Oversee Finance and Contract execution of different fields within the project to have complete financial control in order to meet SPXFLOW margin expectations
  • Help to determine the most efficient delivery of required mixer components to ensure on-time delivery during customer breakdown situations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Quality team to author Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) when required
  • Collaborate with Order Engineering to ensure drawings, parts lists, and routings/MOMs are completed to deliver on time as applicable to Aftermarket orders
  • Collaborates with Applications Engineering Leader to ensure order reconciliation and scope are clear at the time of order entry and execution applicable to Aftermarket orders
  • Other Duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Extensive project and/or implementation management experience
  • Several years of experience in rotating equipment project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Engineering or Business Field)
  • ERP System Knowledge (SAP/Epicor/others) preferred
  • Engineering experience and/or know-how in the Mixer/Agitator field preferred
