Job description

A leading law firm with more than twenty years in business is seeking an Attorney with a strong background in Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or AI Privacy. This role involves advising clients on commercial contracts used by clients in SaaS, data processing, IP licensing, and M&A. You'll work with a wide range of clients in Software / SaaS, health sciences, tech, R&D, and more. The firm focuses on having a great balance and work environment - 1500 billable hours, $0 out of pocket healthcare, 401K with match, multiple bonuses, hybrid work environment, excellent parental leave policy, etc.

Compensation: $150,000 – $210,000 base salary, full benefits and bonus that starts at 1300 hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of legal practice with a focus on data privacy law

• Experience with Software licensing or other SaaS related contracts

• Contract negotiation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pluses:

• Experience with software, SaaS, biotech, or similar industries

• Background in large corporations or national law firms
