This position focuses on representing community associations and related entities in matters involving assessment recovery, money judgments, bankruptcy proceedings, judgment execution, foreclosure actions, and other real property-related issues. Job Details

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in Ohio
2–5 years of litigation experience in HOA Collections and Recovery
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a substantial caseload
Demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic
Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and legal case management software
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
