About the Role:
Join THEODORE P WATSON & ASSOCIATES as a Healthcare Fraud Attorney in Dallas, TX, where you will play a pivotal role in combating healthcare fraud.. We are looking for a passionate defense attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to protecting the integrity of the system. This applicant must have experience in healthcare fraud cases that include billing, services provided and various issues that arise. Civil and or Criminal litigation experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into healthcare fraud cases.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints and motions.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
  • Analyze complex medical records and billing practices.
